DO I NEED TO PAY ANY FEES?
Applicants are not required to make any payment of fees in relation to viewing, applying or renting a property. You will be required to pay the first months rent and a security deposit before moving in. As part of the application process, you will be required to pay a property retainer fee to secure the property. This property retainer will form part of the first months rent should the tenancy proceed.
Any fees that may be payable as part of your tenancy will be highlighted in our terms of business.

HOW DO I ARRANGE A VIEWING?
Please contact us via email or phone to arrange a viewing. Please specify which property you are interested in, and suitable dates and times that you are available. Our viewings take place Monday-Friday between 9.30am-5.30pm.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTING A PROPERTY?
Each property may have a different requirements on the eligibility requirements. This will be based on the property owners mortgage, insurance etc. We will be able to advise you when you enquire about a property.
In general, applicants will need to earn 2.5 times the annual rent, be in full time employment not scheduled to end before the end of any proposed tenancy and have no adverse credit history.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR A PROPERTY?
Once you have viewed a property, please complete our application form on our website. Please note that all applicants over the age of 18 will need to apply.
