Fantastic and wonderful agency. It was my first experience renting in the UK and it was not easy for me as I needed to change my mind on that sense, and they were very patient with me, solving all the problems I could have. For the time we have been living in the property, almost three years, they have been very kind with us, doing our life easy and responding to all the issues very quick. The property was almost new and nice in the centre town, very well look after and, in addition, they assured me that your house would be in perfect condition during my tenancy. If some maintenance needs to be done, they answering really quick, maintenance person comes when you're available, always call before. Checks what happened and if he can he fixes it right away or tells you that something he needs to buys and comes letter. Highly recommend if you are looking to rent from them.

Simona SimonaUpdate to my original review. I have now moved abroad and the service from Real Rents continues to be exceptional, Kristi is posting my mail abroad to me. I can't recommend this team highly enough, I had a problem with the boiler. Team offered heaters immediately and an engineer the following day (all during lockdown) who replaced the boiler. I don't expect I will ever find this service and customer care again. You are awesome! Previous review ... Carol RobertsonI would just like to update my post. Kristi has been amazing. I informed Real Rents that the new fridge that had been provided with the property possibly had a fault. I had followed all the manufacturer’s guidelines, but to no avail. Within the day, I have been provided with a new fridge. Thank goodness as I went shopping only yesterday. Thank you Real Rents that is the kind of responsiveness and professionalism you can only hope for but rarely find. I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends.
