Update to my original review. I have now moved abroad and the service from Real Rents continues to be exceptional, Kristi is posting my mail abroad to me. I can't recommend this team highly enough, I had a problem with the boiler. Team offered heaters immediately and an engineer the following day (all during lockdown) who replaced the boiler. I don't expect I will ever find this service and customer care again. You are awesome! Previous review ... Exceptional service from the team, From first viewing the property to moving in, the little snags were sorted efficiently, professionally and swiftly. Highly recommended, I am one happy tenant 😊

Adele EvansHave been renting a studio with Real Rents for more than 2 years now. Never had any problems. If some maintenance needs to be done, they answering really quick, maintenance person comes when you're available, always call before. Checks what happened and if he can he fixes it right away or tells you that something he needs to buys and comes letter. Highly recommend if you are looking to rent from them.
EglÄ— ZigaitytÄ—My experience with real rents has been the best since I moved to live in the UK 4 years ago. They are very professional and friendly, Kristi and Nik respond to all queries very quickly and make sure you are happy and get everything sorted. Anything I have reported for maintenance has been fixed on the same day. I even reported an issue with the oven and a new oven was ordered and fitted next day. All maintenance staff are very nice and professional. Honestly, no other big agency provided half of their services. Thank you for making my move in and check out so smooth, I am not happy though about raising my expectations and making me not happy enough with any other agency. I would highly recommend Real Rents.

Simon KellyI would just like to update my post. Kristi has been amazing. I informed Real Rents that the new fridge that had been provided with the property possibly had a fault. I had followed all the manufacturer’s guidelines, but to no avail. Within the day, I have been provided with a new fridge. Thank goodness as I went shopping only yesterday. Thank you Real Rents that is the kind of responsiveness and professionalism you can only hope for but rarely find. I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends. I am happy that I took the chance on a local letting agents. Real Rents Properties are very responsive and it is really easy to make appointments for viewings.
