I would just like to update my post. Kristi has been amazing. I informed Real Rents that the new fridge that had been provided with the property possibly had a fault. I had followed all the manufacturer’s guidelines, but to no avail. Within the day, I have been provided with a new fridge. Thank goodness as I went shopping only yesterday.
