Had a great experience with Kristi & Nik of Real Rents. They make lettings feel personal and were always super helpful and fast to respond to anything.
Maiko EatonThank Real Rents Property, very positive experience with you, highly recommended, special thanks to Kristi, she is very helpful, very responsive, all the time happy to help, everything was going smoothly and in good time. Great service.
Simona SimonaOur family enjoyed living in the house from Real Rents. Nik and his team we communicated with always responded very fast and solved all issues quickly even though we had just a couple of them in two years. Our house was in Shenley Church End, and we were in love with the area. The house is warm, dry and cozy. Kitchen space is used for 100%. Oven and hobs are excellent. The neighbourhood is lovely, people are nice and the location of the house is just brilliant. We left two beautiful roses in the garden behind and I am sure next tenants will enjoy their blooming next spring. I highly recommend renting from Nik.
Maria LaudonioKristi has prompt, diligent and very helpful with the application process. The property was well presented and competitively valued. Simple touches like air fresheners and having the heating on when I arrived provided a homely touch. Great company. Fully digital working system makes it modern and very accessible. Great service so far. Thank you!!
Alan David Irvinefast respond, friendly service
TLMy experience with real rents has been the best since I moved to live in the UK 4 years ago. They are very professional and friendly, Kristi and Nik respond to all queries very quickly and make sure you are happy and get everything sorted. Anything I have reported for maintenance has been fixed on the same day. I even reported an issue with the oven and a new oven was ordered and fitted next day. All maintenance staff are very nice and professional. Honestly, no other big agency provided half of their services. Thank you for making my move in and check out so smooth, I am not happy though about raising my expectations and making me not happy enough with any other agency. I would highly recommend Real Rents.
