I can't recommend this team highly enough, I had a problem with the boiler. Team offered heaters immediately and an engineer the following day (all during lockdown) who replaced the boiler. I don't expect I will ever find this service and customer care again. You are awesome! Previous review ... Carol RobertsonI would just like to update my post. Kristi has been amazing. I informed Real Rents that the new fridge that had been provided with the property possibly had a fault. I had followed all the manufacturer’s guidelines, but to no avail. Within the day, I have been provided with a new fridge. Thank goodness as I went shopping only yesterday.
