Having never rented a property before we have were very lucky to find Nik and Real Rents. We were in the process of looking for our own property and needed to rent in the meantime. we signed up for a 12 months lease. They are very professional and friendly, Kristi and Nik respond to all queries very quickly and make sure you are happy and get everything sorted. Anything I have reported for maintenance has been fixed on the same day. I even reported an issue with the oven and a new oven was ordered and fitted next day. All maintenance staff are very nice and professional. Honestly, no other big agency provided half of their services. Thank you for making my move in and check out so smooth, I am not happy though about raising my expectations and making me not happy enough with any other agency. I would highly recommend Real Rents.

If some maintenance needs to be done, they answering really quick, maintenance person comes when you're available, always call before. Checks what happened and if he can he fixes it right away or tells you that something he needs to buys and comes letter. Highly recommend if you are looking to rent from them.
