Have been renting a studio with Real Rents for more than 2 years now. Never had any problems. If some maintenance needs to be done, they answering really quick, maintenance person comes when you're available, always call before. Checks what happened and if he can he fixes it right away or tells you that something he needs to buys and comes letter. Highly recommend if you are looking to rent from them.
