They are very professional and friendly, Kristi and Nik respond to all queries very quickly and make sure you are happy and get everything sorted. Anything I have reported for maintenance has been fixed on the same day. I even reported an issue with the oven and a new oven was ordered and fitted next day. All maintenance staff are very nice and professional. Honestly, no other big agency provided half of their services.
