Very efficient, the whole process of renting has been fast and transparent for both parties, everything was as advertised. Kristi has been very welcoming and sorted everything really promptly so we have had a happy start to our tenancy.

I would just like to update my post. Kristi has been amazing. I informed Real Rents that the new fridge that had been provided with the property possibly had a fault. I had followed all the manufacturer’s guidelines, but to no avail. Within the day, I have been provided with a new fridge. Thank goodness as I went shopping only yesterday. Thank you Real Rents that is the kind of responsiveness and professionalism you can only hope for but rarely find. I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends. I am happy that I took the chance on a local letting agents. Real Rents Properties are very responsive and it is really easy to make appointments for viewings. This hasn’t always been the case with some other more established letting agencies in Milton Keynes. The whole process of letting was very straightforward. Real Rents Property have been very efficient and always act promptly in all transactions. Kristi is very thorough and professional ensuring quality service. It is a joy to move into such a lovely well cleaned and well maintained property.

Update to my original review. I have now moved abroad and the service from Real Rents continues to be exceptional, Kristi is posting my mail abroad to me. I can't recommend this team highly enough, I had a problem with the boiler. Team offered heaters immediately and an engineer the following day (all during lockdown) who replaced the boiler. I don't expect I will ever find this service and customer care again. You are awesome! Previous review ...
