Full Management – 12% of the gross monthly rent (no vat).
Let Only – £750 (no vat).
WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY OTHER FEES INCLUDING SETUP FEES, ADMIN FEES, RENEWAL FEES OR REFERENCING FEES.
You will be responsible for the costs in obtaining any certificates required by law. The costs will be based on the contractor that is used and their prices at the time. No certificates will be arranged without your specific permission.
