Very efficient, the whole process of renting has been fast and transparent for both parties, everything was as advertised. Kristi has been very welcoming and sorted everything really promptly so we have had a happy start to our tenancy.

This is the first time I used Real Rent properties to rent a home and i need to say- these guys are amazing! First of all, the whole transaction went through very smoothly thanks to the procedures being all digitalised and could be done online. Secondly, the Landlord I am renting from is extremely helpful and friendly. When someone moves home there can be lots of questions arising every day regarding the new place which have to be asked from the Landlord, and I was impressed how quickly and openly the Landlord handled all the quiries. For me, it's very important to establish a good business relationship with a Landlord and feel like we can trust each other and work together in a friendly and pleasant environment - this is exactly how the guys from Real Rents Management made me feel. I couldn't have wished for better service! Thank you !

Update to my original review. I have now moved abroad and the service from Real Rents continues to be exceptional, Kristi is posting my mail abroad to me. I can't recommend this team highly enough, I had a problem with the boiler. Team offered heaters immediately and an engineer the following day (all during lockdown) who replaced the boiler. I don't expect I will ever find this service and customer care again. You are awesome! Previous review ...
