My experience with real rents has been the best since I moved to live in the UK 4 years ago. They are very professional and friendly, Kristi and Nik respond to all queries very quickly and make sure you are happy and get everything sorted. Anything I have reported for maintenance has been fixed on the same day. I even reported an issue with the oven and a new oven was ordered and fitted next day. All maintenance staff are very nice and professional. Honestly, no other big agency provided half of their services. Thank you for making my move in and check out so smooth, I am not happy though about raising my expectations and making me not happy enough with any other agency. I would highly recommend Real Rents.

I would just like to update my post. Kristi has been amazing. I informed Real Rents that the new fridge that had been provided with the property possibly had a fault. I had followed all the manufacturer’s guidelines, but to no avail. Within the day, I have been provided with a new fridge. Thank goodness as I went shopping only yesterday. Thank you Real Rents that is the kind of responsiveness and professionalism you can only hope for but rarely find. I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends. I am happy that I took the chance on a local letting agents. Real Rents Properties are very responsive and it is really easy to make appointments for viewings. This hasn’t always been the case with some other more established letting agencies in Milton Keynes. The whole process of letting was very straightforward. Real Rents Property have been very efficient and always act promptly in all transactions. Kristi is very thorough and professional ensuring quality service. It is a joy to move into such a lovely well cleaned and well maintained property.
